Okay, not worth spending too much time here except to say this is one of the smartest Powertrack cars ever. Its inclusion in the daddy of all Powertrack sets, the PP-9000 only adds to it's appeal.
As discussed under Porsche Turbo (PT-103) this is a Mark 2 body, a significant improvement on the original Porker. The front and rear bumpers are re-defined, and the front wings flow back in to the body in a coke bottle style - non of the sudden step on the Mark 1.
Matchbox were particularly adventurous with the decals here, and it has a high number of logos adorned on it. Trouble is, the door stickers are particularly prone to peeling, owing to the fact the decal is larger than the door!
The luscious red paint is sprayed over a white shell, so you can get variations in the amount of red paint covering the wheel arches. On the whole, the Porsche works well and sat on the sublime Powertrack Plus 12V chassis it certainly looks phat.
Along with the green TR7, these two cars account for the most common (by far!) cars on ebay. Reasons for this are various, but most likely the Porsche and TR7 were the last bulk order from the supplier.
