Well, this car also gets a huge interest in collectors circles. Not for anything concerned with Speedtrack, more the Spiderman affiliation.
(For me, that link means very little - Spiderman was ruined for me with Toby Mcguire, even the foxy Kirsten Dunst can't rescue the franchise!)
However, it is very popular. And there are two versions available. The Spiderman racing set was equipped with the blue version (Top).
For reasons that escape me, Matchbox also released a red version of the car (above). Perhaps Matchbox planned a red versus blue spiderman racing set? The red version also features a silver panel on the bonnet/hood.
Below is shot of a mint Spiderman car in its original Speedtrack carded blister pack. Good examples like this fetch premium money - but nearly always by Spiderman and Marvel fans, who's pockets are clearly deeper - (though not as deep as 'Saabists'!)
