The Van is a great addition to the Speedtrack range. A US only product, the van would have gone down a storm if Powertrack had stayed around for the A-Team.
As it is, the Van first saw service in the much maligned (by me) Hulk racing set. The design is based on an old Dodge design, but clearly has been customised with 70's esque styling additions.
The launch of the Spiderman set later the same year saw a black 'Villain' version of the van, which I assume is the same catalogue number as the Hulk version(?)
The Helicopter chase set (see 'Helicopter', below) also feature a plain black version which is the coolest of the lot, though we can pretty much assume this never got the green light...
Hulk vans fetch good money on ebay which is slightly unfair. It's quite common but must have a cache with us non-US residents as being quite a rarity.
